The hotel's staff was nice and open-minded, the location was perfect for business and shopping, the amenities like the shower, air-conditioning, and wifi were reliable.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The language was challenge as only one guy spoke a little English when we were checking in. He could not find our bookings at Booked.net. But he recreated the reservation and everything went well. Other staff was trying to help with everything they can. Very friendly. The breakfast buffet was excellent with freshness, selections and the nice restaurant settings. The hotel is walking distance from the TV tower and a big shopping center. This makes a perfect place for a city visit.

The city tour I booked from the hotel (run by another company) was not good. The tour guy did not do his job. He was talking on his cell phone with friends all the time. Pretty much just took us to different spots to take pictures. With little efforts to introduce the city.

The location of this hotel is convenient for travelers as it is close to the main city sights, landmarks and good malls. the restaurant near by serves a good quality of food. the room service is satisfactory, the bathroom is clean and the breakfast is good.

One minor downside is that some staff members at the reception could improve their English language skills to cater to foreigners better.

Location, breakfast, huge bed!

The internet is terrible. Firstly, it costs R$15 per day, and it is always painfully slow and cutting off every hour or so.

I had a comfortable and restful stay at America Bittar. The bed was extra cozy, and the fruit at breakfast was delicious. The room service was also good, and the restaurant had great food. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I would recommend this hotel overall.

Great Breakfast and Comfortable Room During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I was impressed with their breakfast, which offered a variety of tasty options. the location of the hotel was also a plus point, as it was close to important landmarks and easy to get around. the room was well, designed, comfortable, and clean which provided a pleasant stay.

the hotel had limited room amenities with no iron provided which was inconvenient.

The proximity to the mall and the breakfast were the best aspects. It was nice to be able to have a variety of dining options and shopping all within walking distance. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast as it gave us a good start to our day.

Our romantic escape was ruined by the poor condition of the room. The bed was uncomfortable and the room was dirty.

We loved this hotel's central location next to the main sights and the shopping mall. The comfortable beds, excellent shower, and reliable Wi-Fi were just icing on the cake. The buffet breakfast provided a great start to the day and the staff were friendly and helpful in assisting us with parking and transportation.
